Great friendly people here and ran into Brandon R. Learned that the original owner Joe retired but has the original pizza recipe named after him. They sold to someone in the family of Tony’s pizza in Pittston and they have a famous sweet sauce I believe so the new owner did his own sweet and it’s now their most popular and I can see why, thinner crust crispy and delish, that’s the go to here.
Regular Joe’s pizza was fine, doesn’t need extra sauce it’s too thin. Uncle Guys is thicker and more traditional football pizza, it’ll fill you up for sure.
