That Pizza Place

After 40 years in business the original owners retired and their pizza recipe still lives on with a new group of Carlsbad High School alumni throwing down some damn good pies! This place has been around since the late 1970’s and has a reputation for some of the best pizza in Southern California. My personal favorite is the crispy pepperoni with black olive and crispy crust. The sauce has just the right amount of tanginess and the cheese is generous and not fake! I’ve had great pies all over the country and this one is one of my absolute favorites. One bite, everybody knows the rules….Give it a shot next time you’re in North San Diego

This guy really liked his Pizza here. We didn’t even know this place was here, nice vibes, bar for adults, games for kids, outside seating, not the greatest view but a fun spot with good pizza.

Fair score. RIP That Pizza Place... You and your atmosphere will be missed.

Ton of cheese. Little crust. Good sauce. If made with less cheese it's a 6.2

Not bad... not great. Cheese wasn’t melted in the center. Just average.
