That's Amore Pizza

Some of the reviews are too hard on this place. The joint is clean and the staff are nice. I’m getting to the pizza now. I go here for lunch on occasion. For under $9, you get two slices and a can of soda. That’s cheaper than a two cheeseburger meal at Micky D’s. Sure, it’s a little greasy. Sure, there is considerable flop. Get some napkins, you crybaby. I’ll counter all that negativity with great tasting ingredients and a flavor that isn’t offered anywhere else in the area. It does better than just making a turd. If they tighten it up just a little bit, it’s in the 8s.

Had years ago and was a go to for NY pizza for me. Had today... is sub par snd nowhere near best NY pizza in the area. Too much like mall pizza. Doughy. Puffy. Nothing stands out. Boo.

Not bad, not the best but a good solid slice sold at a good price. I hear their specialty pizzas are what sets them apart, haven’t tried them yet but will return to do so soon.

Very traditional and authentic New York Style Pie. The cheese to sauce ratio was pretty spot on, slight New York flop, and the two garlic knots included in the box were a nice addition. However, the one knock would be the amount of excess grease that dripped off the slice. Besides that, really one of the better spots in the entire area.

Picked up an L.A. S.M.O.G., was a good pizza, nice change of pace from a lot of the other pizza areas. If you are looking for something other than classic Chicago style go here.

A little greasy otherwise a very good pie. The crust reminds me of Denino’s on Staten Island.

This place is way too inconsistent. Ordered it well done this time and got a greasy, floppy mess. That’s the review.
