The Art of Pizza

Everything about this pizza is good. Heard nothing but good things and it holds up for sure!

Good cheese, nice sauce. Too much flop.

Top: Italian Beef & Giardinera. Bottom: Half Cheese, half Sausage & Pepperoni. Slight crisp on the crust, but also chewy in a good way. Solid pie!

Thin, pan, stuffed...it’s all pretty good...but the pan was the best.

Second review, this time I went with the deep dish. Definitely better than the thin crust. I really wish the slice was a little fresher, lukewarm cheese and stale crust. Pretty good though.

Picture isn’t art of pizza, but is pizza “art.” The slice... crunch on the heel, floppy in the body. Little greasy, and the sauce is an oregano forward Italian paste style. No chunks, just thick. Semi sweet sauce as well. Not bad.

Typical “good slice”. Maybe went a little low but it’s a slice worth the price. $4 after tax

Hands down, best thin crust pizza in the city.

I’ve already done Art of Pizza on Ashland, but here we are again. You can go read my comments on that review, but no change of heart. It’s good, but a stomach-filler. Messy, greasy, and cheap. I’m a fan, but I never go out of way to get it. Always a solid option on the fly.

Crust knocked the score down a lot. Cardboard consistency lowered the quality of the rest of the slice.

Solid 4.6. Nothing special
