Slightly thicker crust for fancy pizza. Good flavor not too greasy high quality cheese. Good pie for a resort town. Could use a touch more sauce.

Flop test=FAILED. Very hollow crust. Cheese is average. Sauce is flavorful. Tomato’s were the compliment.

Probably the best you’re gonna get in Vermont. Needs more char on the undercarriage and more authentic sauce. Restaurant as a whole is awesome

Firat bite was 6.8, but as you eat it, it really grows on you. Overall score 7.2. Nice sweet sauce, very good cheese. Good pizza overall.
