The Bonanza Restaurant

While Bonanza’s pizza has changed in quality since the new owner took over, it remains a quality pizza. The crust was well stretched, it’s consistent throughout the whole pizza, and is flavourful without overpowering. The tomato sauce was good, my only issue is with the cheese. While I enjoyed their three cheese recipe, I found it a bit too salty for my taste. Had it been a little less saltier Id have given it an 8.3. Overall a good slice of pizza, and a staple of my childhood.
