The Bread Factory Cafe

Heavy and uninspiring!! Is what they are serving up in the bread factory. It’s basically a spot that offers all different types of food and pizza is one of them. The pizza guy is in the middle of the store in this small space, cranking out pizza. They do have a special where you get 2 slices and a coke for like 7 bucks, but it’s basically one step above dollar pizza. The slice is super heavy and thick because they pile on the cheese. You can see the oil as a result of that just looking in the middle of the slice. Super floppy and the crust needed to be more well done as it’s soft. Surprised Dave it that high of score. Avoid if you’re looking for good pizza!
