The Brick Oven Bus

Perfect char crust, amazing aged red sauce! Great pizza all around and the angry hawaiian is bomb!

Worth getting if you’re near the bus.

Very different pizza. Wood fired which I love and it comes out of a school bus which is cool. Great flavor, seems like it would be heavy and doughy but it's really not.

Solid pie! Not the crunch on the crust I was hoping for. A little doughy, but still really good taste.
