The Brick Oven Pizza Company

Very thin pizza with great undercarriage. Brick oven gives the extra flavor. Also gotta try the meatballs. They literally melt in your mouth.

Got slices. Little flop. Good undercarriage. Nice crisp. Not burnt. Good taste. Solid

Ok so realistically this is not great pizza but its not awful. Its somewhere inbetween not caring enough to get over the hump but caring just enough to get the job done. I did have to take points off because i ordered two larges (one plain and one grandma) and each was the size of larger mans personal pie (the grandma didnt even fill the box). $40 for two pies is a rip off and i was greatly disappointed. Really sweet genuine people inside tho so i hope they figure it out because this just isnt gonna cut it.

Beautiful crispy crust. very good flavor. no flop and very little greese

I took a bite 10 mins after it came out of the oven and it wasnt piping hot? Kind of warm? Little floppy, cheese blend was really good but the sauce was missing something.
