The Brick Oven

Really good pizza! Pepperoni pizza is really good. Really solid place. Would 100% go back and 100% suggest anyone in Williamsburg to try it!

Zero flop, great crisp, perfect undercarriage, great story, wood fired , and brick oven. This place checks all the boxes. You are doing yourself a great disservice if you don’t eat this pizza. The best pizza I have had to date and I try a new place every weekend in Ohio. Who knew Williamsburg Kentucky had a pizza place that’s this good. MIND BLOWN!

Too much flop, zero crunch.

Excellent crust, delicious sauce. Excessive cheese gets in the way of some of the taste.

The crust was crunchy, with a bit of charring. Plenty of cheese and plenty of sauce. I never drive through Williamsburg without stopping at the Brick Oven!

Very good pie. Great crust, minimal flop, great cheese. Sauce was slightly too tangy and there was a little too much grease for me to take it to an 8. Once again, very good pie, would highly recommend.
