The Bridgewood

Crust is nice and thin, crunchy and well done, the sauce is a little bland but they splash the pizza with some balsamic vinegar that gives it some tang that the sauce is missing. The ingredients are super fresh and bright, the cheese is just ok. This is a very high end pizza from a very nice restaurant so it has a homemade feel and taste that big joints and franchises can’t replicate. Not bad, just a different style, especially with the balsamic vinegar drizzle added. Would recommend the pizza and the restaurant.
