Just ate after rafting the Maddison and this hits hard

The toppings and sauce have good flavor. A little too floppy in the middle but once you get to the crust is what gives this pizza its score

Center of pie under cooked and the cheese is more on the greasy side. Taste of toppings and cheese though is good! Liked the thickness of the slice and the outside crust

As far as Midwestern pies go, it has more imagination than average. The problem is the price is ridiculous. Its not a destination.

Best crust I've had. Good zip in the sauce
