The Clay Oven

The pizza here had MAJOR FLOP! So much sauce it fell off immediately when I picked it up. Outer crust had nice char and crispy. However, the rest was super soggy. Sauce was on the sweeter side but had big chunks of onions in it. More like they just use their marinara for pizza sauce. Instead of shredded cheese they just put half moon slices of cheese on top of the sauce.
