Pizza Review
Super thin and tight, passes the “drive test,” with flying colors, firm undercarriage, great flavor…no char, though, even on a well-done. I’m always looking for a well-done pepperoni flavor, and I don’t get it here. They could pre-cook the pepperoni a bit before putting it on the uncooked pie, just to give it a head start. Super light, as in one pie per person, two for bigger eaters. I ate one for lunch and went back to work on scaffolding, still light on my feet. Good showing all around for this above average place in the pizza desert that is NH. THAT’s a review.
