Straight cheese slice was cooked nicely. Very little flop, good undercarriage, tangy sauce and perfect amount of cheese. Nice crunch on the crust. Great decor inside, amazing music and great service.

Not bad for the only food place open in steamboat! Not a lot of flop it's a little greasy. The sauce has a tang kick to it. Overall not bad
