It was ok. Sauce was nothing to be desired. Decent crust

Cheese and sauce lacking a lil but solid pie. Dank crust

Crust: great bite with excellent balance of salt in the crust but ultimately flat and giving the impression of staleness. Sauce: the lowlight of the pizza. Thin sauce leaves one wanting and leads to a lack of flavor. Toppings: Prominent notes of basil and oregano come through and are a treat. Cheese and other toppings are average: decent and plentiful but vegetables on top leave the pizza feeling wet and inconsistently cold.

An average pizza that has good dough however lacks in flavor

I wanted to love this shop because the owners were super cool and informed me that the sauce is homemade as well as all the dough. Unfortunately there’s not much to report back on. Perhaps this belongs in a beach pizza category. Sauce is bland, no crisp, cheese is good. I think my score is generous.

For Pizza away from the New York area and for the Outer Banks, this is the best you’re gunna get. A Carolina 7.8 not a NY 7.8 but quality.. if you are looking for a solid slice of pizza come here. They also make donuts..very Gucci. Got lucky when I brought my wife donuts in bed.. would recommend.
