The Edge - Thick Square Pizza - Plymouth

I love bar pies but I enjoy switching it up every now and again. Mike at the Edge in Plymouth MA is knocking it out of the park with his Detroit style pizzas. Highly recommend giving them a try if you are in the neighborhood.

The wife and kids left me... for the week, so naturally, I resort to my natural habitat, becoming a displaced, pizza fiend... Anyways, I don't normally like Detroit Style pizza, for 2 reasons, 1.) I've never had it and 2.) I've never been to Detroit, but let me tell you all...Phenomenal *chef's kiss* Bone Apple Tea *chef's kiss again* This pizza was heavy, but it didn't feel heavy, especially in the gut. So light an air, but heavy...it entirely a paradigm I can't explain, except by saying "an exceptionally delightful pizza." One of the best...and they're on Doordash, so im screwed...
