The wife and kids left me... for the week, so naturally, I resort to my natural habitat, becoming a displaced, pizza fiend... Anyways, I don't normally like Detroit Style pizza, for 2 reasons, 1.) I've never had it and 2.) I've never been to Detroit, but let me tell you all...Phenomenal *chef's kiss* Bone Apple Tea *chef's kiss again* This pizza was heavy, but it didn't feel heavy, especially in the gut. So light an air, but heavy...it entirely a paradigm I can't explain, except by saying "an exceptionally delightful pizza." One of the best...and they're on Doordash, so im screwed...
