NOTE: NOT TRADITIONAL If you’d rate this with the other Joe Shmoe pizza shops around town you might think there’s something wrong here, but this is flatbread and it should be rated as thus. Fresh mozz, fresh sauce, fresh dough. Crisp outer crust with decent undercarriage. Good sauce to mozz ratio. I think the big takeaway is that these ingredients taste very fresh and you can tell nothing here was frozen.
