Solid slice coming out of very local hangout!
Amazing balance between no flop but not being overly crispy. The sauce and cheese are balanced nicely, but the sauce errs on the side of tangy and jumps out in front of the cheese nicely without being overpowering.
The crust is nice and crispy with good flavor that one would expect from a NY style slice, but nothing to write home about.
All in all a great slice, and while not a factor in the score, the staff were incredibly friendly. Good slice of pie that makes it out of the 6s, absolutely order from here if you’re local, but no need to make a special trip.
