Portnoy says there is no such thing as a 10 - so here’s a 9.9 Perfect level of crisp Not too much grease Great flavor on the sauce Well balanced crust to pie ratio The smell of this pie brought me visuals of my grandmother walking down the streets of Sicily whistling her favorite tune. Can’t imagine a better pizza elsewhere
