The GOAT Pub & Pie

This was our first Detroit style pizza and I was actually blown away by how good it was. Great crisp around the edges and the cheese blend was spot on and very enjoyable. My only complaint would be a little more sauce, but honestly I didn’t miss it. The flavor of each bite was very good and I would definitely order again. We had a pepperoni and sausage and another with sausage and roasted peppers - one of their signature creations, a fantastic combination and very tasty. Look, I wouldn’t want to eat this style every day - it’s more outside of my typical comfort zone of NY style and grandma, but for the Lehigh Valley, this is a great addition to the pizza scene. Highly recommended! As a side note - will be back to try their other food - everything on the menu looks fantastic!

Detroit style in rural pa. Cheese is great with a dollop of sauce. Pretty big fan. Crust is well done. Place is doing work. Not my favorite style but they do it really well. I would drive 30 minutes for this every day.

Solid Detroit, not really my favorite style but it was good. The cheese and the sauce were great quality, little bit lacking on the sauce side but that’s Detroit for you I guess. Could’ve been a bit more crispy but I enjoyed it.

700 Main Pie aka Italian Sausage pizza didn’t really know what to expect but sounded good and was good. Nice and light and great sauce.

Sweet and Spicy Buffalo pie

We thoroughly enjoyed the pizza here. Detroit Style. We got the hot honey pizza (minus the jalapeno peppers). Crispy, crunchy crust. Very cheesey pie, delicious pepperoni cups. Friendly staff.... We drive about an hour for this, will probably come back again!

Very good fresh pizza a pan style thick crust very soft lots of cheese amazing sauce

Was excited to try this place because I’m a fan of Detroit style. The toppings and sauce were good but the crust was just doughy. Not light and crispy like other Detroit style pizzas I had. Maybe it was because it was busy, or because the cook was super stressed in the back, but this pizza lacked in quality. I also found a piece of string in my pie, (probably from a towel in the kitchen). No need to come back because I am sure you could get a better Detroit style from Little Caesar’s.

As a pizza lover, I have been waiting to come here for a long time. Obviously, a different style of pizza here, Detroit style. A thicker pizza with a well-done crust, good sauce and just overall fresh ingredients. If you’re a lover of pizza, like me, it’s a must try in the area.

Detroit Style Pizza. Sauce is house made and has tremendous flavor. Crust has the desired crisp along with that crisp cheese that a Detroit pie is supposed to have. The cheese was good, but I felt like I wanted more. This pie was one of their specialty pies with local sausage, and peppers. Overall a really great pie. Will certainly be back to try more. The wings were awesome as well.
