Very dry, rock hard crust and bottom. Hard to chew. Had to get vice grips in order to get it to flop! The cheese was minimal and tasted bland.

Descent pizza. Cheese and toppings fell right off the pizza. Sloppy for brick oven, was expecting more of a crunch. Blue cheese is pretty good.
