Tons of Playa del Rey flop, grease out the ying yang. This place is weird because they make a fancy pants neapolitan style pizza when you order a pie but then they offer slices that are more traditional NY to go. Nice people, the woman behind the register was a beautiful Italian goddess and super friendly. This is a tough one to score. The crust is actually really great, the sauce is a sweet style sauce which I don’t mind but I prefer tangy. Cheese has a good chew to it and a nice level of salt but there’s something that’s off almost like the pizza is picking up something from the oven. For California this is ok, 6.2 that’s a review.

No flop, good burn on the crust bottom, great atmosphere with live music. 2 slices and a soda $6.75

It’s a solid pizza. Flavor is outstanding, sauce and crust are great. Would be rated higher but sometimes the pies are a bit inconsistent. Sometimes they are a bit heavier and greasier. When it’s a good one though, it’s one of the better pizzas available in the area.

One of the best on the west side. Exceptional crust. The perfect combination of crispy and pliable. Very light. Sauce has a great zest to it. Toppings are fresh and abundant. Cheese sets this apart. It’s delicious and plentiful. This is the real deal!
