The Grand Pizzeria and Bar

I like Neapolitan so I usually score it higher than this but it was a bit bland. I like this style of pizza this much to bump the score up but it could have been better. Loves the light crust and char though

Alight the sauce and a sweet tang to it and there’s a perfect amount of cheese on the pie! The crust had a great crisp to it. The bottom of the pizza has a good char too it! My only complaint is that the sauce is a bit liquidy! so my score is a 7.1

Ordered "The Grand", which is the margherita with Kalamata olives. Neapolitan style, so score starts at 6.5. lots of flop, but fresh cheese and decent sauce. Serviceable tourist pizza with a great view of the Byward Market.

Went for the regular cheese pizza with basil. Huge flop, no crisp at all on the crust in general. Sauce is missing that “kick”. Could do better with such great oven

Thin crurst. Barely any crisp. Huge flop. Flavour is good but dont believe the hype. 6.4 is an honest review

This is a toppings pizza. The flavors sauce/cheese flavors are excellent. Crust is thin, but has a lot of flavor.
