Brick Oven style pizza of which pageviews would define as “fancy pizza”. This slice was from the Bacon & Kale pizza. Absolutely zero flop with excellent crisp end to end. The slice was full of flavor with all ingredients complimenting each other sensibly. The bacon was not too crispy and full of flavor, and yet surprisingly the pizza was not too greasy. The cheese was quality and not applied in massive globs, spread evenly throughout the pie. Great local place. Easily the best pizza I’ve had in town and dare I say it but possibly the best “fancy style” pizza on the Eastside. Friendly owners, and a restaurant that actually serves a wide variety of foods. Come check this place out.
