Good pizza. Cooked well. Sauce doesn’t play much of a role. Bit too much cheese but it helps balance the crust taste. The crust is well cooked but the flavor is bizarre. I’m sure there is a reason and would be happy to hear the story. Again the crust is well cooked but the flavor, maybe some brewery theme or corn meal? Can’t place it. Good pizza but.

Great margarita pizza. Requested well done. Crispy crust. Nice undercarriage with garlic and corn meal. A lot of tasty cheese but zero grease. Very nice rich and mildly sweet cherry tomatoes. A solid tavern/NY pie! A great score for a simple margarita.

Solid bar pie. No flop and great crisp. Hint of garlic in the dough, slightly too much cheese, but good flavors all around.

Kinda heavy, no flop but great flavor. Crust has good crisp but under carriage is lacking the crisp.

Normally like thin crust pizza, the pepperoni had a weird taste, kinda frozen pizza taste.

12 Inch Cheese Pie - 11.50 I absolutely love this pizza. The sauce and crust is homemade. They cook it in a brick oven. Perfect flop. It’s a little thin for my tastes but I bet Dave would rate it higher.

Truffle sausage was good. Quality slice but on the thinner crust style.
