Artisan Pizza you know the rules automatically a 6.8 right out the gates. Strong flavor couldn’t put my finger on it. Crust was floppy. If you’re an artesian Guy or Gal it’s probably closer to a middle 7.

Very very tasty pie! Sauce and cheese were excellent and it was cooked perfectly! Great atmosphere and service! Other items on menu were also very good!
