7.1 with good crisp on the edges with good bubbles. It was flop city in the middle. Overall it was a very tasty pie!

A little grease, but not bad grease. A ton of Florida flop going on. Completely burned the skin off the roof of my mouth. I didn’t put it in a box which was a plus I think. The crust is a nice thin and crispy feeling in my mouth. All around it taste like a better version of chunky cheese.
