Floppy soupy mess but outstanding, light, and fresh nonetheless. Two more minutes in the oven or perhaps less than a pound of cheese next time.

High expectations because of Jean-Georges. Crust had good flavor but was soggy. Sauce was tomatoey and good. Cheese was a little weird — almost gritty taste, which knocked it down a bit. I like that there is a little bit of spice. Love the place overall.
