I didn’t get to see what type of oven they’re using but I’m pretty convinced it’s a conveyor belt oven as this pizza had zero crisp whatsoever. The best way to describe the texture of this pizza is soggy. With that said the sauce and cheese was fine. It didn’t taste bad but I don’t see myself ever returning. This is a half a notch above chain pizza because I think the sauce and cheese is of better quality than most chains.
