Best Buffalo pizza on this trip. Crust was star of the show. Crisp on the edges, good chewiness on the bottom. Slightly charred undercarriage. Thin veil of melted cheese, nice herbaceous sauce and cup/charred pepperoni that had a little spice. Flavors of this pizza were very harmonious.
