Got this straight out of the oven so this thing was still percolating and not set so there was a pool of oil as you can see. With that said, surprisingly good! Really great crust and under carriage. If it wasn’t so oily, it could’ve hit the 8’s.

One bite everyone knows the rules. Zero flop, great crunch, could use a little more tang on the sauce but for a FL pizza where we care more about fish tacos.... 7.1 ALL DAY!! Great Florida pizza... will be back soon!
