Alright, here’s the cheese. Zero flop, excellent crisp—dough made in house, hand tossed, perfect sauce and balance. I was about to give it a 10; but as Dave says, “listen, once you give a 10, you’re done-no more 10’s” and I just don’t know for sure if 34 years of life is enough to call it quits and give the 10.
