The Madrone - Brick Fire Pizza and Taphouse

Greasy no sauce flop homemade dough not good.

Little to no flop, sauce is very under flavored, good undercarriage, no flavor in the crust.

Tasty, but small in size. Got the Italian with sausage. Plenty of flop, yet still half together. Crust is good, but great. But I’m being picky.

One bite, everyone knows the rules in Humboldt. The Madrone does a brick fire 'Humboldt Fancy' style pizza...meaning this pizza is as fancy as wearing shorts to church on Sunday. Lots of grease, but still good crunch and flavor.
