The Market Line

Hidden in the bottom of the Essex market this “slice joint” pumps out their take on the quintessential New York slice in impressive fashion slightly over cheesed and large slices but on purpose. Linked to the Falco name of Roberta’s this slice has incredible flavor from the cheese and while not as much of it the sauce that you get hints of is very fresh and adds it’s little bit to a floppy but light airy leaoparded undercarriage that deserves to be in the conversation with all the other established slice shops. Well done guys!!!
