Wood fire crunch on the crust (10/10) but massive ny flop (1/10) best sauce tang potentially in Seattle. Excessively floppy. Needs slightly more cheese in the ratios. 6.9 level flop. Will eat it again just like I’d eat….

Seriously now, every Neapolitan fancy pizza tastes the same. The only difference here is that they add garlic. Not exactly what you want on date pizza, is it, Frankie?

Very fresh, crispy crust. Basil was very overpowering. “Artisanal”

By the looks you think “oh this will be good”, and that’s what you get just good. With its little flop, minimal amount of topping, and crust so thin it’ll break snap by just looking at it you’ll find yourself getting full off the beer rather than the pizza. However it’s flavor was there and brought up its score.
