Excellent pie for being in Grand Rapids. I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni, well done. Minimal flop, they went light on the cheese in the middle of the pie which is perfect. The crust tastes like a 3 day slow fermented crust with an abundance of flavor and just the right amount of air. Dough is stretched to NY style thin-ness with appropriate crust rise and airy-ness. Sauce is amazing with a perfect balance of sweet and tangy. The only thing missing is some quality pecorino cheese. My only complaint is that even ordering it well done, it still could have charred a bit more and blackened. All in all, highly recommend! Plus the bartenders and atmosphere are amazing!!!
