The Mule House Wood Fired Pizza

Solid Pizza! Atmosphere is spectacular and smells amazing walking through the door, music was a vibe. Good crisp on the sides and a little floppy underneath. Sauce is very good with a little tang. What keeps it out of the 8s for me was flavor of the dough. We had a regular cheese and a chicken and bacon pizza, highly recommend. Worth the stop.my kid said it was a 10.

Pretty underwhelming based on the other reviews I’ve seen. Cooked very unevenly and for the most part undercooked. Probably would have scored a tad higher had I ordered it well done. They only offer personal size pizzas, which I don’t really love. It was very floppy and chewy. Nothing really special about the flavor of the sauce or crust. Just a very mid pizza. Maybe I just went on a bad day and maybe my expectations were too high. Not the worst I’ve ever had by any means, but definitely nothing special either.

Heard a lot of good things about Mule House. Definitely lived up to the hype. Sauce and cheese had great flavor. Crust had a good crunch. Will become a regular spot to get pizza.
