The New Park Tavern

Another underrated pizza by Pres. I know, shocking. Crust is great. Thin enough so the underside gets a nice crisp and has minimal flop, thick enough so that it doesn’t burn through before the cheese melts. Sauce is nice and sweet, not overpowered with spices. Cheese is proper. Had another pie that night with toppings. Equally outstanding. This review solely reflects the plain pie. Always a go to spot. Product is constant no matter the crowd. And this place is always a wait on a weekend night.
