I personally like more flavorful pizzas so the El Diablo really took a high score for me. The spicy, sweet, combinations really complimented each other. Incredible pizza. For some reason the crust of the El Diablo and Margherita(same pizza just went half and half on it) were too chewy and tough. Hopefully that is not normally how they make them. I scored how i think they would be if the crust was normal.(I didn’t try another pizza our table got but others confirmed that pizza had a normal crust that was better than the El Diablo/Margherita) So i assume the Margherita/El Diablo combo pizza just had a bad crust. The Detroit crust was 🔥 but a different style.
Overall a great spot and one of my favorites of all time. I haven’t tried a ton of places yet and look forward to getting into the high 8s and 9 locations.
