The Original Village Pizza

Haven’t had this pizza in almost 20 years. I remember liking it so figured I’d try it again and I’m glad I did. The sauce, cheese, and crust are all very good and the cheese is plentiful so no need to order extra cheese. So glad my memory wasn’t lying to me.

Had a chance yo visit the old stomping grounds today and decided to visit a pizza place that I hadn’t been to since around 2008. Back then it was very popular in the area and that seems to still be the case. For me it was still good and checked off some of the nostalgia boxes but at the same time, definitely not as good as it used to be. It’s still a very satisfying pizza (great flavor to the sauce) but they definitely changed up the cheese which was a bummer. I used to frequent this place fairly often from the late 90’s till 2008 and it’s great to see that it’s still going strong but I wish the had stuck with the old recipe regarding the cheese.

Used to go here for years when it was owned by Johnny, used to be the best. Complete trash now!
