The Parlour is worth the 22 mile trek from NJ for its amazing Neapolitan crust pizzas . There isn’t a clunker in the menu( great apps too)and the clam pie , meatball pie, lemon pie are outstanding. Nice pizza, cooler place. Crust had nice flavor but did have some saucy flop. Memorable sauce with quality mozz and no complaints from this patron. Feeling adventurous - go for the lemon pizza

A Neapolitan pie with phenomenal crust; great sauce and cheese ratios. Easily foldable. Served with scissors for a modern Neapolitan eating experience (Italians cut their pies with fork and knife). Some of the best in Westchester, and plenty of inventive iterations to keep me coming back

Good, strong flavors - cheese a tad funky in a good way. Fluffy dough. A little too burnt on crust. Basil a nice touch. I like neapolitans.

All the pies are great, but the clam pie is memorable. The scissors are a nice touch. Great chat on the crust. Worth a trip to Dobbs Ferry.
