The Pie Factory of Florence

Pic talks for itself. Last slice. One bite, you know the rules, I gave 8.2, my boy gave 8.4, we landed at 8.3 on a review. Crisp, flop, cheese is an 8.9. Crust and sauce could use more flavor. Legit though, do not change. Vibes, beer, wings, all perfect.

Great location. Great service. Pizza was solid, but with an 8.1 I was expecting to be blown away. Light crust. Nice pepperoni. Good cheese ratio. Solid mouth feel. Sauce- too light for me and would have asked for well done if I had known what I was getting. Extra sauce. We’ll done and this would be way higher. I’d definitely go again if I’m in Florence. Cool place.

Solid Bar Pie! No flop, little grease. Sauce could use a little something.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but holy shit it was great. Ordered the Muscle Shoals (extra cheese) but only got the hot sauce on half. So damn good.

Perfect combo of crisp and flop! Good flavor in the cheese, and they use real mushrooms (not those soft, obviously canned ones - always a bonus for me!). The sauce is a little thick, but they do label it tomato sauce, not marinara, so that's fair. Also, the edges of the crust are a little thin and extra crispy for my liking. Overall, really good pizza for the South! We will be back.

Best pizza I’ve had in the southeast.

Pretty good pizza. Had a little grease but not much flop. Had several locals tell us it’s the best pizza in town and I’d have to agree.

Overall decent pie.. Could use some zing to the sauce. Good crunch and toppings were great
