Sauce had a very nice tang, sough had some nice char (can’t really see it in this photo but trust me it was there) little heavy on the oregano and I would have liked it a little crispier, although I did pick it up a bit late so I can’t blame them. Dough did have a slightly fermented taste that I loved. Overall kind of reminded me of The Pie at Salvatores in Bay Shore, not complaining, and was def a place to hit up if you’re in the area.
