The Pines Tap and Table

The Pines has a completely updated menu since being under new ownership, and the food has gotten a significant upgrade because of it.  The ADK Lumberjack pizza is one of my favorite local pies and is very popular around town.  For the sake of the review, I went with a half margarita (their cheese pie) and half roni cooked well.  The cheese had a nice flavor with a hint of basil and parmesan, as they grate fresh parm on top of the pie after it comes out of the oven.  Nice flavor on the dough, but not quite enough crisp to it for my liking.  Still a really good pizza for Malone, and I would have gone in the 7's if they would have left it in the oven another 2 minutes.
