The Pizza Coop & Ale House

Probably the best pizza I’ve ever had! In addition to the Edgar Martinez pizza (pictured), we had a pepperoni deep dish Detroit style and it was amazing. Light, airy, buttery crust. Both pizzas had great flavor. Sauce was a bit unique in a good way.

This is amongst the best pizza in the whole Seattle area. Flavorful and cooked to perfection, with slightly crisp, tasty cheese on the edges. You have to be a fan of Detroit style pizza, though, which is thicker and bready. That said, solid undercarriage and great flavor in the sauce—no bland PNW pizza here! A bit greasy or it would be 9.1.

In my opinion the best pizza in Woodinville! The pic is a cheese with Pinnapple(yes I know Dave doesn’t do Pinnapple) we also ordered a vegan and a St Michelle. Both were great!!

Best gluten free pie I’ve had! Highly recommend. Not even a gluten free guy…

Got the big square pizza! It was pretty good. Really fluffy and tastey!

First things first. The fact that this has a 5.9 rating is horseshit. Idk what these other newbs are talking about. Zero flop, much crunch for the crust. Cooked to absolute perfection with the light brown spots of cheese, crisp crust and delicate dance of flavor amongst the toppings. We had the chicken bacon ranch as well as the coop supreme. Maybe the poor reviews come from people ordering the wrong pizza, but I’ll say, we personally have never had better pizza and want to boost the score here, cuz y’all playing with a 5.9. Either way, this pizza is worth traveling for.

Pizza was pretty good. A little salty and heap of grease to go along with it but flavor was ok. The sauce was overwhelmed by the amount of toppings and cheese if I’m being critical but the crust was thin & crispy, just the way I like it. Not a bad pie. I will return. A little pricey though, which definitely deducted points from the overall rating.

The taco pizza was full of flavor. Would be a 7.9 but a lot of flop. Bonus item is the garlic bread. It was cut and fried, definitely a must try.

Cheese is best part. Sauce and crust is kind of bland.

First thing I said when it was brought to me was “this is DiGiorno”. It had the smell of DiGiorno dough right away. Absolutely bland crust. The pizza was over powered with too much cheese and too little sauce. I don’t even know if there was even sauce on the pizza. The only thing positive about this pizza was the basil. The basil gave this pizza some flavor which was quite nice. $15 for a below par pie

Detroit style pizza is the go-to category at Pizza Coop. Excellent tang on the sauce, fresh cheeses, and perfect crust. Their classic pie had great fresh mozzarella and gorgonzola, with a decent crust, moderate flop hot out the oven, but a little doughy and less crunchy on the bite than I hoped for.
