Alright Frankie… small town Iowa but a pretty decent pizza! The crust is almost like a focaccia type bread. Light and fluffy but also greasy. The undercarriage is decent and holds the pizza, but again that’s where the grease is on this pizza. The crust is actually pretty crispy and delivers a decent crunch! The cheese seems like your basic cheese blend but it isn’t too thick which is good. The sauce is got a nice tang and again isn’t piled on too heavy so it works well. It’s more of a thicker pizza then what I like, but it is shockingly sort of light due to the fluffiness of the dough. It all blends together really well to deliver a good taste! Again, I’m not a thick pizza kind of person, but I don’t hate this. Now this isn’t a rookie score, chirp as you may. I just don’t believe this is a 6.9 but I don’t believe it’s a 7.1 I thoroughly believe it is a straight 7.
