The Pizza Guy

The first thing you notice is zero of that crispness to the bottom of the pie - it’s got a very severe flop. Not a dealbreaker, just the first observation. The sauce is very tomato-y, but the toppings were fresh and cooked right. Ultimately, the pizza was a bit too “soft” to be top-tier in my humble opinion. That said, it’s actually pretty good for a small western pizza shop and if I’m in flagstaff again, I’d be a repeat customer.
