For the middle of nowhere, this is a pretty good pizza. The crust was nice and crisp with a nice, sweet, flavor to it. The sauce was good as well, I could taste the tomato along with the herbs they used in the sauce. The cheese to sauce ratio was on point. Overall, 7.5 is a fair score. Especially for this area.

Best New York pizza I’ve had in Texas. It’s in middle of nowhere but worth the stop. Perfect crisp crust but nice sag in the middle. Greats sauce to cheese ratio.

Good crisp on the crust, not so hot I burn my tongue. Overall good pizza for South Texas.
