I absolutely love to help local family businesses and promote them. Meet Roger! Owner and proprietor of The Pizza Place in Weatherford Texas. This gentleman has been in business since 1974. It has been my favorite pizza joint since I have been out in the area that I have lived for the past two years. A walk in to this building is a time warp and a walk back into the past of what an old school pizza parlor was like growing up in the 70s and 80s. I placed my order today and I went in to pick it up and explain my passion and vision for what I was doing and he gave me the pizza on the house. This is the kind of character and man you deal with here. I’m submitting my one bite review today and if you’re ever in the Weatherford Texas area.
